FREE Community Yoga Class

Every Friday Night: 6:15-7:00pm Free Community Flow Yoga.

This is an all-level cool flow yoga class. Our rotating teachers will guide you through a 45-minute yoga flow with a combination of standing and floor-based poses. This is great for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Warrior One is committed to a healthy community. Yoga can help! We offer a donation-based community class every single week! In lieu of payment, please bring a non-perishable food item to donate to a local charity, Matthew’s Hope.
